Exhibition

An indoor exhibition takes place at the gallery of Eger Hotel accompanying the Conference. The indoor exhibition stands will be built of OCTANORM module elements, with white laminated wall fillings. Uniform stands of 9, 12, 15 m² (as shown in the attached layouts) can be ordered – further extensions are also possible. For individual requirements we give a separate price quotation.

The themes of the exhibition: devices, equipments and instruments of the oil and gas industry, softwares, professional books, technological history.

Each exhibitor is provided the opportunity to place an A5 size advertisement in the Conference’s catalogue free of charge. The deadline for sending the print ready material (4 colours .pdf format) to oilgasconf@montanpress.hu is 15 April 2022.

Exhibition Fees and Information

Uniform stands (minimum 9 m²): 180 EUR/m²

Exhibitor's fee: each exhibiting company may delegate one participant (exhibitor) to the conference free of charge.

The participation fee for exhibitors includes the participation in the professional programs, coffee breaks, buffet lunches and evening receptions during the entire term of the conference and the exhibition, participation in the cultural programme, and the conference package.

If you have specific extra needs in addition to the uniform stands, we are pleased to send you a specific price offer. Some fees for supplementary services:

Terms of payment:

Following the reception of the registration a proforma invoice is issued and sent as a basis for payment. Please transfer the registration fee to the bank account of Montan-Press Ltd: IBAN HU26 1176 3024 1662 3882 0000 0000, SWIFT code: OTPVHUHB. Please refer to the invoice number and the participant(s)' names(s). Following the arrival of the amount we confirm the application and send the advance invoice. After the event itself a final invoice will be sent.

Transportation, Insurance

Exhibitors are to arrange for the transportation of the exhibits to the place of the event and back in compliance with the dates indicated by the organizers in the confirmation letter. The insurance of the exhibited objects is the responsibility of the exhibitors.

Advertising

We provide advertising possibility in the conference booklet in A5 size (4-colour) for 300 EUR /page. The print material must be sent to oilgasconf@montanpress.hu until 15 April 2022.
